About the author

Engineer, analyst and guide to improvement

I started my career as a manufacturing engineer. I then had the opportunity to work as an optical systems designer for the automotive industry. In this field I began to broaden my focus to analyzing and eliminating the root causes of problems. Professional training and work on live projects gave me extensive knowledge and experience in statistics and process improvement methodology. I hold a Black Belt certification.

My next steps led to building a new department focused on systematically eliminating the causes of problems. The department was built on the principles of measurement, data analysis and the use of statistical tools. At the same time, I took part in developing and implementing an automated robotic workstation, which included special software developed in cooperation with a technical university.

In recent years I have focused mainly on projects aimed at reducing scrap, increasing production efficiency and simplifying company processes. My work also involves using modern artificial intelligence tools and programming in Python, which let me automate data processing, sorting, grouping and subsequent statistical evaluation. By combining technical know-how, data analytics and process management, I help organizations achieve measurable and sustainable long-term results.
